Step 1 of 4 : Start Licensing Process

Welcome to the iFinity Licensing page.

This is a 4 step process where you enter details about the site and product you would like to licence. At the end of the process, the licence Keyfile will be emailed to you, which you upload into your product.

Choose this option if you have purchased a licence upgrade and need to obtain a new keyfile or add extra domains to an existing keyfile.

Choose this option if you need to purchase a licence for a product.

Receipt Number Please Enter the receipt number of your purchase. This is either the Snowcovered Invoice Number or PayPal transaction ID, or other identifer supplied with your purchase. If you do not know this number, please check your email for the information as it is sent at the time of purchase, or try using the 'Find your sales by email address' function.

Original Purchase Receipt Number [Upgrades Only] Please enter the receipt number of the original purchase you are upgrading. This is either the Snowcovered Invoice Number, PayPal Transction Id or other identifier supplied with your purchase. If you do now know this number, please check your email for the information or use the 'Find your sale by email address' function.

If you don't know your Receipt Id, or the system doesn't recognise the one you have entered, enter the email address used to purchase or licence here, and click 'Email my sales'. The system will find any sales/licences that match that email, and send them to that address.

Having Trouble?

This is the new licensing page. It's part of a move to a fully automated licensing system so you can get your licences quickly and easily. But it's new, so there might be some problems. If you can't get it to work, you can go to the classic licensing page or submit a bug report.
