Welcome

This support forum has been set up to service the volume of traffic the website gets from enquiries, blog comments, emails and other forms.  Please post your technical questions, bug reports, enhancement requests and everything else here.

Forum Rules:

- No Spamming : Url links are OK when pertinent, but don't use this forum as a link generation, rel=nofollow is in use anyway.

- Keep it nice : No profanity, name calling, flaming or other such unwanted behaviour.  There is a whole internet out there for that sort of carry on.  If you wouldn't be comfortable with your mother reading it, it's probably not right to post.

- Technical Detail : If you're reporting a bug, problem or asking a technical question, please post as much information as possible, but stop short of posting entire memory dumps, config files and stack traces.  Grab the pertinent bit and post that.

- Check!  Most problems are configuration errors or installation problems.  Go through and double check settings first - I'm only trying to save you time.

- Help Out - if you know the answer, be kind enough to suggest it!

- Answer back : If you get a correct resolution to your problem, please be kind enough to post back that a solution was found, so that legions of internet searchers that follow in your footsteps will know you found out the answer.

- Backup backup backup - always backup files before doing anything to any piece of software.  Oops! rarely helps.
