I am wondering if you can help.

We are experiencing incredibly slow login times on our site and one of the things that I have changed on the host this week has been the addition of this user tracking script. Is it possible that when logging in the user is being bogged down by this script capturing their details?

The login times can be anything from 15-60 seconds. What I have noticed is that if you navigate away from the login page shortly after clicking “Login” you are actually already logged in and can browse the site normally. There seems to be an issue not so much with logging the user in but actually then sending him on to whatever page was requested.

How can we disable this script to see if it perhaps part of this issue?
