I couldn't get to see the font size change when same tags are added to multiple pages. I verified that the  Vary font size for popular tags? couldn't is checked but couldn't see the difference even after I tagged 'Green' on 5 different blog posts. Is there a minimum number before which I would see a difference?

Just as a general note for this problem - if you're using a skin / container with a fixed size font (ie font-size:11px) then the style overriding element in the Tag Cloud CSS will not resize the font for you.  You instead need to use a relative sized font (such as font-size:small or font-size:smaller).  If you've built or obtained a skin with a fixed size font, then just create another container for use with the tag cloud(s).  All you need to do then is create a different named class for the container, and use that class to set the font-size to a relative font.  This will allow the tag cloud to modify the font size as appropriate.

As a side note using a relative size font allows users of your site to adjust the font size using their browser 'text size' feature, which is a good idea for accessibility.  You do need to be careful, however, of how large fonts will affect your layout, which is all part of the challenge of producing a good, clean CSS skin.
