Upgrade error

I try to upgrade Friendly Url provider from 04.06.11 to 04.07.

I copy dll to bin , I modify web config and after I restart site DNN 4.8.4

but I receive this error:

The+type+initializer+for+'DotNetNuke.Services.Url.FriendlyUrl.FriendlyUrlProvider'+threw+an+exception.&content=0

How I can resolve?

My guess is that you have something wrong in the web.config - the type that is being loaded 'DotNetNuke.Services.Url.FriendlyUrl.FriendlyUrlProvider' - this might be incorrect.  It isn't the type for the iFinity Friendly URl Provider, at any rate.  Please check your web.config against the instructions provided with the download.
