Re: iFinity Friendly Url Provider Release History

I've just posted version 4.6.11 of the Friendly Url Provider code.

This version has bug fixes for the following:

- https support (finally!) sorted out, including respecting the Https settings at the portal level.

- Rss.aspx support - with the caveat that a bug in the core code has to be fixed to make it work.  Only if you are hell-bent on using the module-level syndication options shoudl you bother with this - it doesn't affect other module-specific syndication like blog or forums syndication. See the separate 'RSS' thread on this forum for details.

New Release of the iFinity Friendly Url Provider 4.7

This release what amounts to a full rewrite of the code in C#, using the Url Master code base as a starting point.  This means there are some new features included in the Friendly Url Provider which were previously only available in the Url Master module.  These features include control over the cache settings, the event log entries, the ability to redirect to a specific portal alias and plenty more.

You can download it from the Friendly Url Provider product page.
