Lucas - the module can't block by IP address - only by machine name or by membership in a group.

You can add individual IP addresses to your analytics profile in the google analytics app itself - this will filter out traffic from those addresses.

The machine name works on the requested machine name, not the requesting machine name.

In other words, it won't track if you use the module on localhost, and you've got localhost excluded.  This feature is designed to allow you to use the module in dev and staging environments but not to actually submit the call (the javascript is commented out)

It doesn't look at the requesting machine name - or ip address.  For this you need to use the analytics settings, which allows you to enter multiple ip addresses.
