We'd like to upgrade a single domain licence for URL Master to a 3 domain licence, however I was wondering if I need to login or what other information is required to prove that a single domain licence has already been purchased.

The main issue is I have no idea what the username was for the account if there was one, I can tell you the email address that the original licence info was sent to to try and track it down.

Thanks

No, you don't need an account for any purchases.

All you need to ugprade is the receipt number of your original purchase.

If you can't find that, just go to the licensing page, choose the 'upgrade' option, and below the 'receipt number' field, there is a link to have your existing sales records emailed to you.  This works off the email address used to either purchase or licence your original version.  If that returns no result, please email the original licence keyfile you have to support@ifinity.com.au and it can be looked up manually via domain name.

Thanks for the response, we've been able to successfully purchase and register our upgrade!
