We have understood where the problem is coming from (with help of Scott where he posts in his forum that it was coming from URL Master). If we de-activate URL Master, no more problem, the URL is constructed correctly. If I activate URL master, I have all these errors.
They are coming from the "language modification" (the flag). Try to browse my website, select an article by clicking on it.

Then, put your mouse on the flag, and see the strange URL construction, twice language/language in it....
Any idea ???
