All of the action menu are unavailable if you try to use the alias(child portal) to access website.

I have tried to use like such 'www.tptest.com/int' to access a child portal,However,all of the action menu is not available on this page.

If I visit the website with url 'www.tptest.com/int/Home/tabid/2521/Default.aspx' ,then it is oke.

I have been reverted the url to standard provider for testing and I try to input 'www.tptest.com/int' and then it will redirect to 'http://www.tptest.com/Default.aspx?alias=www.tptest.com/int' directly,and that's ok.

Sorry, your image attachment didn't work, so I can't see the error.

When you say 'action menu', do you mean the normal DNN site menu?  Does it not show up, or does clicking on the links not work?

Also, is there only one child portal in the installation, or are there others.  If there are other child portals, are they also affected with the problem, or do they work OK?

==>Yes,It's normal DNN module menu and It does not show up.

 

Also, is there only one child portal in the installation, or are there others.  If there are other child portals, are they also affected with the problem, or do they work OK?

==>All of child portal are also affected with the problem once the url master has been enabled and you  are trying to use the alias.
