Please take a look at the 'advanced url rewriting' section in the 'Friendly URl Settings' page, and specifically the 'Forward pages with external urls defined' section.  You can change this to use 301 or 302 redirects when an external url is found.

That seems to have worked - thanks! Unfortunatley, this way still resolves to the long url, but that's not a big deal at this point. I requested 2 more test licenses (localhost and domain), so we can verify it works in development and production.

Thanks again for your prompt support and help.

Finally got UrlMaster installed in production. Everything seems to be working correctly, with one exception. If you recall, we want to provide "short" urls for some clients. This currently works for mybitesite.com/tequilas, but does not work for www.mybitesite.com/tequilas. I tried adding another portal alias for www.mybitesite.com (only existing alias was mybitesite.com), but that didn't fix the problem. Could you point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Nevermind -- I found the solution in the FAQs right after posting. Still would like to keep the short name (www.mybitesite.com/tequilas) instead of the resolved name (http://www.mybitesite.com/RestaurantInfo/RestID/359/), but it's not a big deal.

Thanks again.
