On my site, a lote of pages use norwegian characters, such as æåø.

http://nilu-web/niluweb/miljøgifter.aspx

But when the URL isdisplayed, the look like this.

http://nilu-web/niluweb/milj%C3%B8-og-helse.aspx

Is there anything I can do to make them appear as they should??

Yes, just turn on the "Convert Diacritics in Page names to Ascii equivalent?" option in your friendly url settings page.  This will convert the url miljøgifter.aspx into miljogifter.aspx.  Alternatively, if you do not like the ascii-equivalent conversion, you can change the url in the 'Page Urls' page to use a name that doesn't have any diacritic characters in it.
