Bruce, I sent a username/pw, this is a live site (http://oasiscruise.com/). According to Dao (DNN360) latest version fixed this trigger thingie?

Bruce, I looked at database. Tabs does have a column called CultureCode. Most are NULL, except for Extensions = en-us and a few other pages = en-us. I think only pages created since upgrading to 5.2.2 are en-us?

If culturecode is about those flags showing language - I don't use any. My site is English only, preferably US English. Although I may add a portal in Canadian English once the UrlMaster is installed.

Thinking about time zone difference, I tried running the trigger script but received the same error as before. At a loss how to move fwd, could your install script do culturecode?

I remember 1 other thing, this site wouldn't upgrade from 4.9.5 to 5.2.x unless I downgraded FUP to 5.0.4.0. Then I reinstalled the latest FUP dll and the site worked. Should I downgrade the FUP dll and then try to install UM?

Thank you Bruce for being so patient and helping me with the install.

What went wrong? The culture thing seemed to be red herring. I couldn't uninstall the module but had FUP installed. I added doNotRewriteRegex="/dnnoasis/Install/" and the uninstall worked. A couple more tries at installing and I noticed once that it timed out. Not sure where this "timeout" is set. However, remember that Invenmanger had this and they suggested to put module in Install/module directory. See http://www.invenmanager.com/Support/tabid/705/aff/3/aft/1265/afv/topic/Default.aspx

I'm not sure why it times out. Our SQL server and web server are on 2 different boxes but 'hard wired' through a switch.

I also have dnn360 menu. Although Dao said latest version (1.4.10) fixed trigger problem, it did not. Ran the trigger script that Bruce posted above, then ran UM from Install/module directory and Success. Everything installed beautifully and it even picked up my settings from FUP.

What can you say about support, when Bruce not only offered to help with installing his own product but also helps you with another product. This is a must have module and the service and support is excellent.
