IIS Config Alteration

Bruce,

I have a typical newbie question: if I alter the IIS configuration, so that I can remove extensions from the URLs, does that affect other domains on that server?

I'm using a  dedicated server.

Thanks,

Steven

Re: IIS Config Alteration

Steven

Changing the IIS configuration is done per-IIS website.  So, if there are no 'virtual directories' on that website that map to different domains, and if you're only running one portal in your DNN install, then no, you won't interfere with any other domains.
