Re: Bug with DSLocalizator

Hello Dv,

Thank you for the tip regarding our contact form. We are looking into it.

In regards to having the tabid on our page. This is not something we want but we have not yet implemented the friendly url provider or the url master module on our site as we are still looking into it. We have it running on a test site on our local server only.

We are currently developing two other multilanguage websites, one including a mulitlanguage shop, for which we are looking for a seo friendly url module.

Bruce, DV, Stephan,

I've been reading your posts with great attention. Bruce I'd like to thank you for investing your valuable time in building such a great modules!

I've been busy past months (since january orso?) working on my site (by now using DNN 4.8.3), but due to these same problems described by DV and Stephan,  I still cannot take my site into production. I'm trying to setup a multilanguage website (en-US and nl-NL, this is almost similiar to DV but he's using fr-FR, in the end it's the same case study except that I'm using the Dutch [nl-NL] language). Using the Locopon's DSLocalizator works fine and I'm able to build multilanguage pages but *WITHOUT* the SEO of Bruce's module.

Using the SEO module of Bruce alone (without DSLocalizator installed) works fine.

Unfortunately it seems almost impossible to combine best of both worlds. I'm also willing to invest time (coding myself and money) to get these two great modules work togethor.

Somehow your posts stop (on 12th of may), did you guys manage in the end to find a solution? Bruce, do you have any plans to come with a release very soon to fix these problems? If needed: I'm definitly willing to get my hands dirty to code the solution or whatever it takes to solve this issue...

A. Wal

Re: Bug with DSLocalizator

Hello awalt,

I am currently using Bruce SEO: URL Master by iFinity + DSLocalisator.
I am building a small guideline with all tools available, and in particular, iFinity URL Master.

You will find the guideline to setup a multi-lingual DNN website here. It is not finished, but you will find a part concerning URL Master. If you have any problems in setting up the module, do not hesitate to ask. It will mean that I was not clear enough in my explanation. I would be very happy to have your feedback.

Have a nice day, enjoy your DNN !
