The problem is that you are attempting to connect to a url with no extension (/noticias) while your IIS setup is not configured to process this.

Here is the section from the instructions on what you need to do to your IIS6 server:

IIS 6.0 - Windows 2003 Server

  • Open up the IIS Management Console
  • open property page for website / virtual directory.
  • click the 'home directory' tab
  • click the 'configuration' button, select the 'mappings' tab
  • click 'insert' next to the 'Wildcard application maps' section
  • browse to the aspnet_isapi.dll (normally at c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll)
  • Ensure that 'check that file exists' is unchecked
  • Click OK, OK, OK to close and apply changes
