Lucas : that's exactly how it works, except for one small detail:

instead of adding 'our-products.aspx' as an additional Url, just add 'our-products'.

The .aspx is assumed by the software.  You'll see there is a message about this on that page.  Perhaps the wording of that message needs to be improved for clarity.

 Another quirk to complicate things further.

The previous site was so poorly designed from a URL perspective that every page was /dynamic.aspx?pagename=page1,  /dynamic.aspx?pagename=page2, etc. 

Is there any way I can redirect different pages with different querystrings to different DNN pages?

There's no easy way of setting up that type of redirect unfortunately.  How many pages are you talking about that need redirecting?  It might be possible to setup a set of custom rules to do the redirects for you.  This would be done as a small consulting project.  I'd need to know just how many pages need to be redirected - if there are too many, it's probably not workable (ie hundreds or thousands).  If it's not that many, it should be possible, but will require a customised setup.
