I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to URL Master.  I need to configure URL master to redirect

http://mysite.com/cloud

to

http://mysite.com/practice-areas/cloudpage.aspx

How do I do that?

Sure, no problem - just follow the instructions at http://www.ifinity.com.au/Products/KB...

Be sure to set the http Status for your new Url to '301' if you want to redirect it.

Because you're redirecting a no-extension Url, you need to configure IIS to handle Urls with no extension.  See here for how to do that:
